EMS Ware came about when a it was noted that there is no EMS software (it seems) that gives you outright ownership or permanent license. All that seems to be available at the moment is subscription based solutions, which are not at all cheap.

the EMS Software is also known possibly more commonly as Care Management Software.  

EMS Ware has created a software package which provides users with a Web, Mobile and Desktop Apps which they have full ownership of and all Apps have no user login limits. Also, the prices are competitive.

This is the main menu which gives you the option for seeing the Dashboard and Notifications from the system about various things happening. The notifications include information on any new entries on clients, staff members, new notes or information on logins, especially failed/attempted logins. The notifications also tell you on things that need attention like finishing off an incident report.

The Staff Section

The staff section contains the functions to allow user to view staff information, view or create notices to send to the staff notice board which is primarily for the mobile apps. This is the section which also contains the staff roster creator tool which is a drag and drop tool for ease of creation of a roster which a streamline interface, for ease of use. This section also contains the teams sections which allows for the user to create different team which can be used for when creating the roster,

The other sections explained

Documentation

The documentation section is the section which contains all functionality associated with Notes, Care Plans, Risk Aseessments, Incidents Reporting and general files storage to keep things organised. The files are uploaded and can be downloaded from the data base system.

The Service User

This section contains information on the Service users and those who are significant to them for example, their family, or GP, social worker, etc. 

Admin

The Admin section is where the user can create appointments, view and run payroll, manage login activity and create a backup of the system and more. 

Compliance

The compliance section was created to help businesses audit themselves using standards set out for them by their governing body, for the sake of staying compliant. This system can be configured to run monthly, etc and have targets set that need to be met for the set standards to be evidenced as being fulfilled. This has menu options such as reviews, competencies, audits and has a reporting system that is linked up to google analytics.

This section allows for the configuration of the system or customization which includes (which is only avalable to the admin or whoever is given access by the owner of the software):

- a simple brochure creator

- settings which give access which can be limited or not

- appearance settings for the system especially the dashboard

- configuring access levels for the different user levels of the system
